Privacy Notice on Processing of Personal Data

With this "Privacy Notice", as VOO Bilişim ve Teknoloji Çözümleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("VOO"), we would like to inform and enlighten you regarding the processing of personal data, transfer of your processed personal data, collection methods and legal reasons of your personal data, and other rights listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), pursuant to Article 10.

1. Data Controller Status

As VOO Bilişim ve Teknoloji Çözümleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("Company" or "Voo IT Solutions"), in the capacity of Data Controller, we hereby inform you that your personal data will be recorded, stored, processed, classified, updated and, where permitted by legislation, transferred to third parties, in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith, within the scope of the purposes stated below, in compliance with applicable legislation and KVKK regulations.

2. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data is processed to ensure that you can benefit from the services we provide, based on your explicit consent and/or legal grounds specified in KVKK Article 5/2.

Your personal data is processed within the scope of our recruitment and human resources processes, business relationship processes, technical operations and information technology services, meeting third-party requests, and conducting our Company's commercial activities.

In this context, processing purposes include: Conducting human resources processes, planning and executing recruitment activities, business relationship management and sustaining commercial activities, managing customer relations and improving service quality, fulfilling legal obligations, managing occupational health and safety processes, conducting finance and accounting operations, managing contract processes, and addressing legal requests.

Your personal data is stored securely for appropriate durations.

3. Collection Method and Legal Basis of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through the following channels:

1. Information directly provided by you

2. Information obtained from third parties and partner organizations

3. Data collected through cookies and similar technologies

Collection takes place through VOO headquarters, branches, and affiliated websites via automatic or manual methods, in written, verbal, or electronic formats.

Legal grounds are processed within the scope of KVKK Article 5/2 and 6/3; based on your explicit consent, performance of contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right.

4. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Our Company may transfer your personal data obtained within the scope of the processing purposes listed above, based on your explicit consent and/or within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to our group companies, direct/indirect business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and provide services in the course of our activities, suppliers, audit firms, consultancy firms, and authorized public institutions and organizations.

5. International Transfer of Personal Data

International transfer of your personal data is carried out only to countries declared by the Personal Data Protection Authority to have adequate protection, or in countries without adequate protection where written data protection commitments exist with Authority approval.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained for the duration required by the processing purposes and in compliance with the statute of limitations prescribed in relevant legislation. When the processing purpose ceases to exist or the retention period prescribed in legislation expires, your personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by our Company.

7. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

You have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed
• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
• Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of personal data if processed incompletely or inaccurately
• Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of conditions stipulated in Article 7 of KVKK
• Requesting that correction and deletion operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, in cases where you have requested correction or deletion
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against you through the exclusive analysis of data via automated systems
• Requesting compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data

8. Application Method

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under KVKK with your identification documents in writing to our Istanbul headquarters address, via notary, or through secure electronic signature to info@voo.com.tr. Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
